Dr Sabitha Ramamurthy is a lady with a vision to provide high-quality education to her community. She founded the CMR Jnanadhara Trust in 1990, and the Trust first started the National Junior School (now CMR National Public School). What began as a modest school in an orchard, is now a full-fledged CBSE school that appends to its laurels. Today, the CMR Group runs more than 20 institutions in Bangalore, educating thousands of students every year. Dr Sabitha Ramamurthy's approachable personality, her vision for the future of education and her child-centric approach is an inspiration to parents and students alike.

Dr. Tristha Ramamurthy

Dr Ramamurthy founded Ekya Schools to bring pedagogically sound, research-based learning experiences to India. She spearheads K-12 initiatives under the CMR Group, overseeing state board, CBSE, ICSE and pre-university institutes, totalling an overall strength of over 8000 students.
Dr Ramamurthy holds a Bachelor’s degree from Singapore Management University. She has a Master’s from Stanford University School of Education and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education from Kings’ College London. Her past research has focused on topics including educational equity, teacher motivation, education policy and curriculum construction.
Her child-first approach to education has brought new globally acknowledged methods to the CMR group’s educational identity.

Founder's Message

Angel Isaac Paul

Ms Angel Isaac Paul, current Principal of CMR National PU College, HRBR Campus, Bengaluru, completed her post graduation in Analytical Chemistry from St. Joseph’s Postgraduate Research Centre and has a Bachelor's degree in Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics .With a teaching experience spanning over 15 years, her sheer passion and love for educating young, teenage minds as well as her experience in the field of education has made her an expert in this field and a favourite among her pupils. Ms. Angel possesses qualities of optimism, perseverance and determination that is evident in her interaction with both staff and students thereby making her an ideal role model especially when she practises what she preaches.She always believes in being empathetic towards her students and is often praised for her diplomatic approach. She also believes that anything can be accomplished, especially by teenagers, when they strive towards achieving their goals with utmost hard work, focus guided by honesty. By imbibing these core values in her students, she hopes to build a stronger, more equipped generation that can take on life seamlessly.
As a principal, she is admired for her teamwork, precision in coordination and quick problem-solving skills, making her an ideal team leader who is seen as an inspiration to all teachers. Her continual guidance and support towards both teaching and non teaching staff helps build a strong bond which enables them to appreciate working with her. She is seen as a trustworthy and dependable leader, as she works as an extraordinary team player along with the teachers in the hope to provide nothing less than the best for her students.

Sujatha T

Academic Coordinator, CMR National PU College, HRBR Layout

Ms Sujatha is a passionate, organised, motivated, enthusiastic educator with a commitment to the academic growth and holistic development of every student.She has been with CMR PU HRBR for the last seventeen years and has over twenty years of experience in the field of education. She is highly skilled and adapts quickly to diverse learning and teaching styles .
Ms Sujatha holds an undergraduate degree from Madras University, Master of commerce from Anna University and Master of Business administration(Finance) from IGNOU. Not content with her current toolset, Ms Sujatha is constantly looking to reinvent herself, this time by pursuing a professional course CMA (ICWAI).
Ms Sujatha has effortlessly transitioned into a leadership role where she uses her past experience and has excelled in putting forth a congruent and sophisticated academic plan for the teachers and students to follow. And thanks to Ms Sujatha, she and her peers are able to overcome several adversities that present themselves with a consistent motto of perseverance and discipline. The role also entails dealing with issues brought up by students,teachers and parents and resolving these with diplomatic and strategic approach and of course with a smile.

Preeti Singh

Academic Coordinator, CMR National PU College, HRBR Layout

Ms Preeti Singh Nirmale, Academic Coordinator, CMR National PU, HRBR Campus holds a MTech degree in VLSI and Embedded Systems from Reva University and holds a BTech degree in Electronics Engineering from Pune University. After a brief career in the Indian Airforce as a RADAR Data Handling Officer she moved on to pursue her passion of being in the field of knowledge and education. A fifteen year long career in the profession of education has made her an avid thinker, which often reflects in the way she moulds her students. She believes and practices that hardwork and the right attitude is the key to achieve the possible and sometimes the impossible. With a charismatic and bold personality she has often been appreciated by her peers and students for the positive impact she has made on their lives.
