I’d like to start by thanking the institution – CMR, for always presenting us with opportunities that help us grow and develop into more confident individuals. CMR has always gone over and beyond to ensure that through this year, that our holistic development was never compromised at any point.
Another wonderful opportunity presented itself when I was asked to be the moderator, for the much-anticipated Mr. Naser Al Azzeh’s alumni talk. Having looked up to Mr. Naser and followed his journey to where he is now, I can’t put into words how elevated my emotions were. Mr. Naser has created a name for himself as a YouTube celebrity and he is quite an inspiration for many.
It was such an honor to be on the other side, understanding the path he followed and how he got there from being in a place where my classmates and I, are currently in. It was nice to know what goes on behind creating a successful YouTube video. It was heartening to have him advise us, students, to always focus on studies, making the most of our time in college, and be prepared for Plan B. He also spoke about the challenges he’s faced. Through his words, we received such encouragement, that it made us believe with sincere dedication we can achieve the greatest of our ambitions.
I’d like to thank Mr. Naser for such a pleasant interaction and entertaining our questions throughout the session.
